A school<br \/>\nwhose enrolment increases therefore does not require a separate purchase. Newly<br \/>\nadded schools operate within the provision the district has established.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Oversight<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The district administrator has visibility of every school within the district<br \/>\nwithout requiring enrolment at each one. The district report orders schools<br \/>\naccording to the attention they require &#8211; low utilisation, significant student<br \/>\ninactivity, or unused places &#8211; rather than alphabetically, since an alphabetical<br \/>\nlisting requires the reader to perform the assessment themselves.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Rules established at district level apply to every school within it. Any section<br \/>\nleft unset remains at each school&#8217;s discretion.
