Sweet Spanish Learning Module – School

Provision

The Spanish curriculum described in the family plan – alphabet and vowel
reference, writing, listening and speaking – organised into classes, with
teaching staff holding visibility of their assigned classes only.

Spoken practice

Listening exercises produce the word or phrase for the student to transcribe.
Speaking exercises present material for the student to read aloud and to
self-assess. Where the school enables microphone input, a recording control is
additionally provided; no audio is recorded or retained at any point.

Levels and frameworks

Levels are reported against both the CEFR and ACTFL scales, as curricula differ
between institutions and a single scale is not adequate for all of them.
